Introducing our new Club Services Assistant Manager
Matthijs de Man joins the Anantara Vacation Club team as Assistant Club Services Manager based in Bangkok. Matthijs, who fluently speaks Dutch, English, Chinese, Indonesian, French and German, started his hospitality career at the renowned Hotel school, The Hague, in the Netherlands. After successfully completing his Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Matthijs went on to a prosperous career in the industry working at many top brand hotels. His most notable positions to date include Guest Services Manager and Club Lounge Manager at Swisstouches Hotels and Resorts in China, and Guest Services Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

At the Anantara Vacation Club we strive to provide the best service possible for our valued Club Owners. In order for a more comprehensive support system that covers the needs and requirements of our Owners from across the globe, we have now added Japanese, Nepalese, Hindi and Sanskrit speakers to our team of customer service support start.
