Dear Valued Owner,

It has been a productive year here at Anantara Vacation Club, and I’m proud to highlight a selection of the milestones we’ve attained through our team’s efforts and dedication.

In 2016, the Club continued to grow and evolve with the opening of Anantara Vacation Club Chiang Mai and the addition of Club inventory at Anantara Vacation Club at Riverside Bangkok.

We launched the Family Fun Programme at Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket and have since received positive feedback about the selection of activities tailored to all ages on offer.

In addition, the renovations at Anantara Vacation Club at Oaks Shore, Queenstown in New Zealand were completed. All Club Inventory Suites were updated with new televisions, carpeting, mattresses, headboards and window treatments to maintain the same accommodation quality that the Club has come to be known for.

Over the past year, we worked to provide Club Points Owners with a wider selection of holiday options:

- Through the Global Traveller programme, we further expanded our offerings in China with the addition of three new Dorsett Resorts in the cities of Wuhan, Lushan and Chengdu.

- Additionally, under the Club Escapes programme, Club Points Owners were provided access to a number of Tivoli hotels across scenic Portugal. The country was recently named as the most sought after destination in Western Europe and won a host of awards courtesy of Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler magazines in 2016.

- Properties in Australia, Africa and Sri Lanka were also added to the Club Escapes portfolio, including the renowned Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel in Zambia.

We have launched successful Live Chat and Call Back request options on our website, enabling Club Points Owners to enjoy greater flexibility when contacting us. We continue to offer customer service seven days a week, with a Japanese language option now available on Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Our service level remains unparalleled, with over 80% of owners being able to book their first destination choice.
