1. General Terms and Conditions
- 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Club Points conversion offer unless otherwise specified.
- 1.2 Offer is valid until such time as the Club may determine.
- 1.3 Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-reversible.
- 1.4 Airline miles conversion is not part of any core Club Programme. Access is made available through an arrangement of the Club Developer with selected airlines.

2. Eligible Persons and Miles Conversion Terms and Conditions
- 2.1 Offer is designed for Anantara Vacation Club Elite Diamond, Platinum and Royal tier Club Points Owners only.
- 2.2 Participation in the Offer is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Oman Air Programme.
- 2.3 To participate in the Offer, Club Points Owners must first enroll in the Oman Air Programme.
- 2.4 Club Points Owner is responsible for providing the correct and valid Oman Air membership account number bearing their own name.
- 2.5 Club Points Owners can convert Club Points to Miles at the conversion rate of 1 Club Point for 2.5 Miles, or such other rate as the Club may specify from time to time.
- 2.6 All Miles redeemed by the Club Points Owner must be credited to their Oman Air membership account, and be in blocks of 2,500 Miles, subject to a minimum of 1,000 Anantara Vacation Club Points per conversion.
- 2.7 Conversion must be requested by emailing clubservices@anantaraclub.com and each conversion of Club Points to Miles is subject to a USD 50 conversion fee.
- 2.8 Once redemption of Miles has been accepted by the Club, the request cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred to another airline’s frequent flyer programme, or exchanged for cash, credit, services or other items.
- 2.9 Club Points Owners understand and agree that the conversion process will take approximately eight (8) working weeks and they will not receive any redemption voucher or confirmation from the Club regarding the conversion to Miles, and must call Oman Air with any queries about their Miles.

3. Amendments and Termination
- 3.1 Anantara Vacation Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or availability of the products,
services and information provided by Oman Air. If you choose to convert your Club Points to Oman Air,
Anantara Vacation Club is not liable for any claims resulting from any actions or decisions taken by you or Oman Air in regard to your miles.
Any queries or complaints relating to the Oman Air Programme should be directed to Oman Air.
- 3.2 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this conversion offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at their reasonable discretion.
- 3.3 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the conversion offer is final, conclusive and binding.
- 3.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- 3.5 All information is correct at the time of submission and/or posting.
