Dear Anantara Vacation Club Owner

I’d like to inform you that Anantara Vacation Club has taken all the necessary measures to ensure that our Club Resorts are fully compliant with the recommendations of local authorities, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Enhanced safety and hygiene standards are being enforced in all public areas as well as in guests’ rooms and back-of-the-house areas. We are also closely monitoring the health of our team members to ensure a healthy environment for both our guests and our staff.

In addition to the above, I’d like to share with you further measures, specific to you as a Club Points Owner.

Cancellations with no penalties extended through end of May

Anantara Vacation Club will honour all cancellation requests for bookings at Club Resorts and Club Escapes, and will waive all fees and/or penalties for stays through 31 May 2020.

For stays beyond 31 May 2020, we will continue to monitor the situation closely, and will update our policies as necessary to protect the best interests of our Club Points Owners and guests, and the interests of public health and safety.

You may cancel any existing reservation directly through the Owner website by following the steps below:

Log-in to the Anantara Vacation Club Website. Select ‘VIEW MY TRIPS’ from the Owner Dashboard. Click ‘BOOKING DETAILS’ next to the reservation you’d like to cancel. Click ‘CANCEL BOOKING’.

Your Club Points have been extended

Taking into account the uncertainty of travel at this time, Anantara Vacation Club has already extended the validity of your current years’ Club Points balance by a period of 6 months. You may now view the new expiry date in the Dashboard section of the Owner website.
