Dear Anantara Vacation Club
In light of the latest global travel restrictions and local measures to tackle the spread of COVID-19, effective
1 April 2020, the following Club Resorts will be closed until 1 June 2020:
• Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao Phuket
• Anantara Vacation Club Bophut Koh Samui
• Anantara Vacation Club Chiang Mai
• Anantara Vacation Club at Anantara Sathorn Bangkok
• Anantara Vacation Club Riverside Bangkok
• Anantara Vacation Club Legian Bali
• Anantara Vacation Club at Avani Seminyak Bali
We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will update you regarding the status of all properties, as appropriate.
No increase in Club Fees from 2021 to 2023
In response to this challenging time, rest assured that our Club Fees will not be increased in the coming 3 years.
50% Less Points Required for Club Resort Bookings
All Elite Club Points Owners may book their Club Resort stays with a 50% discount on Club Points required, when they book and complete their stay by 30 September 2020.
No-Penalty Club Resort Cancelation Policy Extended through September
Anantara Vacation Club’s current Club Resort No Penalty-Cancellation Policy will be extended for all Club Points Owners through 30 September 2020.

| | For Existing Reservations: |
| |
| | Existing reservations, for stays from 1 April – 31 May 2020, at the above listed Club Resorts will be cancelled and your Points will be refunded to your Ownership account with no penalties incurred. We recommend that you consider looking at new travel dates from 1 June 2020 onwards. |

| | For New Reservations: |
| |
| | You may continue to make new bookings at any of the above Club Resorts with travel dates from 1 June 2020 onwards. In the event that we are able to re-open our Club Resorts sooner, we’ll let you know. |

| | Please note that all properties with ongoing operations have implemented enhanced safety protocols in accordance with the recommendations of both international and local government, and health authorities. |
