• General Terms and Conditions
  • 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to Club Points conversions unless otherwise specified.
  • 1.2. Conversions can be made until such time as the Club may determine.
  • 1.3. Airline miles conversion is not a core product of Anantara Vacation Club. Access is made available through an arrangement of the Club Developer with selected airlines.
• Eligible Persons and Miles Conversion Terms and Conditions
  • 2.1. The conversion programme is designed for certain Club Points Ownership tiers only. Please refer to your My Club Privileges page to see if you are eligible.
  • 2.2. Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of {{display[0]}}
  • 2.3. To participate, you must first enrol in {{display[0]}}
  • 2.4. You are responsible for providing the correct and valid {{display[1]}} account number bearing your own name.
  • 2.5. Conversion ratios, Club Point minimums, and applicable fees will be detailed on the My Points Conversion page of the Club website.
  • 2.6. All Miles redeemed must be credited to your {{display[1]}} account.
  • 2.7. Conversions may be requested through the official Anantara Vacation Club website, or by emailing clubservices@anantaraclub.com and each conversion of Club Points to Miles is subject to a USD 50 conversion fee.
  • 2.8. Once redemption of Miles has been accepted by the Club, the request cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred to another airline’s frequent flyer programme, or exchanged for cash, credit, services, or other items.
  • 2.9. You understand and agree that the conversion process will take approximately eight (8) working weeks and you will not receive any redemption voucher or confirmation from the Club regarding the conversion to Miles, and you must call {{display[6]}} with any queries about their Miles.
• Amendments and Termination
  • 3.1. Anantara Vacation Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or availability of the products, services, and information provided by {{ display[2] }}. If you choose to convert your Club Points to {{ display[3] }}, Anantara Vacation Club is not liable for any claims resulting from any actions or decisions taken by you or {{display[4]}} in regard to your miles. Any queries or complaints relating to {{display[5]}} should be directed to {{display[6]}}.
  • 3.2. The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the conversion programme and/or to suspend or terminate it and/or vary it at any time at their reasonable discretion.
  • 3.3. The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the conversion programme is final, conclusive, and binding.
  • 3.4. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing, or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • 3.5. All information is correct at the time of submission and/or posting.
