  • 1. General Terms and Conditions
    • 1.1 Conversions can be made until such time as the Club may determine.
    • 1.2 Airline points conversion is not a core product of Anantara Vacation Club. Access is made available through an arrangement of the Club Developer with selected airlines.
  • 2. Eligible Persons and Miles Conversion Terms and Conditions
    • 2.1 The conversion programme is designed for Anantara Vacation Club Elite Diamond, Platinum, and Royal tier Club Points Owners only.
    • 2.2 Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer Programme.
    • 2.3 To participate, Club Points Owners must first enrol in the KrisFlyer Programme.
    • 2.4 You are responsible for providing the correct and valid KrisFlyer membership account number bearing your name.
    • 2.5 You can convert Club Points to KrisFlyer Miles at the conversion rate of 1 Club Point for 2.5 KrisFlyer Miles, or such other rate as the Club may specify from time to time.
    • 2.6 Conversions are subject to a minimum of 1,000 Anantara Vacation Club Points per block.
    • 2.7 Conversion must be requested through the official Anantara Vacation Club website or by emailing clubservices@anantaraclub.com, and each conversion of Club Points to KrisFlyer Miles is subject to a USD 50 conversion fee.
    • 2.8 Once redemption of KrisFlyer Miles has been accepted by the Club, the request cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred to another airline’s frequent flyer programme, or exchanged for cash, credit, services, or other items.
    • 2.9 You understand and agrees that the conversion process will take approximately eight (8) working week and you will not receive any redemption voucher or confirmation from the Club regarding the conversion to KrisFlyer Miles and you must contact KrisFlyer with any queries about your KrisFlyer Miles.
  • 3. Amendments and Termination
    • 3.1 Anantara Vacation Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or availability of the products, services, and information provided by the KrisFlyer Programme. If you choose to convert your Club Points to KrisFlyer Miles, Anantara Vacation Club is not liable for any claims resulting from any actions or decisions taken by you or KrisFlyer in regard to your KrisFlyer Miles. Any queries or complaints relating to the KrisFlyer Programme should be directed to Singapore Airlines Group.
    • 3.2 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the conversion programme and/or to suspend or terminate it and/or vary it at any time at their reasonable discretion.
    • 3.3 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the conversion programme is final, conclusive, and binding.
    • 3.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing, or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    • 3.5 All information is correct at the time of submission and/or posting.
