- 1. General Terms and Conditions
- 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Club Points conversions unless otherwise specified.
- 1.2 Conversions can be made until such time as the Club may determine.
- 1.3 Airline miles conversion is not a core product of Anantara Vacation Club. Access is made available through an arrangement of the Club Developer with selected airlines.

- 2. Eligible Persons and Miles Conversion Terms and Conditions
- 2.1 The conversion programme is designed for Anantara Vacation Club Elite Jade, Elite Ruby, Elite Diamond, Elite Platinum and Elite Royal Owners only.
- 2.2 Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme.
- 2.3 To participate, Club Points Owners must first enroll in China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme.
- 2.4 Club Points Owner is responsible for providing the correct and valid Sky Pearl Club Air Miles membership account number bearing their own name.
- 2.5 Club Points Owners can convert Club Points to Miles at the conversion rate of 1 Club Point for 3.5 Miles, or such other rate as the Club may specify from time to time.
- 2.6 All Miles redeemed by the Club Points Owner must be credited to their China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles membership account, and be in blocks of 3,500 Miles, subject to a minimum of 1,000 Anantara Vacation Club Points per conversion.
- 2.7 Conversion must be requested through the official Anantara Vacation Club website, or by emailing clubservices@anantaraclub.com and each conversion of Club Points to Miles is subject to a USD 50 conversion fee.
- 2.8 Once redemption of Miles has been accepted by the Club, the request cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred to another airline’s frequent flyer programme, or exchanged for cash, credit, services or other items.
- 2.9 Club Points Owner understands and agrees that the conversion process will take approximately eight (8) working weeks and they will not receive any redemption voucher or confirmation from the Club regarding the conversion to Miles, and must contact China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme with any queries about their Miles.

- 3. Amendments and Termination
- 3.1 Anantara Vacation Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or availability of the products, services and information provided by China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme. If you choose to convert your Club Points to Asia Miles, Anantara Vacation Club is not liable for any claims resulting from any actions or decisions taken by you or China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme in regard to your miles. Any queries or complaints relating to China Southern Airline’s Sky Pearl Club Air Miles Programme should be directed to China Southern Airlines.
- 3.2 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the conversion programme and/or to suspend or terminate it and/or vary it at any time at their reasonable discretion.
- 3.3 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the conversion programme is final, conclusive and binding.
- 3.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- 3.5 All information is correct at the time of submission and/or posting.
