  • 1. General Terms and Conditions
    • 1.1 These terms and conditions apply to Club Points conversions unless otherwise specified.
    • 1.2 Conversions can be made until such time as the Club may determine.
    • 1.3 Smart Traveller points conversion is not a core product of Anantara Vacation Club. Access is made available through an arrangement of the Club Developer with selected partners.
  • 2. Eligibility, Terms and Conditions
    • 2.1 The conversion programme is designed for Anantara Vacation Club Elite Jade, Ruby, Diamond, Platinum and Royal tier Club Points Owners.
    • 2.2 Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the Smart Traveller Programme.
    • 2.3 To participate, Club Points Owners must first enroll in the Smart Traveller Programme.
    • 2.4 Club Points Owners are responsible for providing their correct and valid mobile phone number to Smart Traveller.
    • 2.5 Club Points Owners can convert Club Points to Arrture points at the conversion rate of 1,000 Club Points to 2,500 Arrture points, or such other rate as the Club may specify from time to time.
    • 2.6 Arrture points must be credited to the Points Owners’ Smart Traveller membership account, and each conversion must be a minimum of 1,000 Anantara Vacation Club Points.
    • 2.7 Conversions must be requested through the official Anantara Vacation Club website, or by emailing clubservices@anantaraclub.com and each conversion of Club Points to Arrture points is subject to a USD 50 conversion fee.
    • 2.8 Once a redemption request has been accepted by the Club, the request cannot be cancelled, reversed, transferred to another programme, or exchanged for cash, credit, services or other items.
    • 2.9 The conversion process will take approximately eight (8) working weeks and no redemption voucher or confirmation will be issued by the Club. Please contact Smart Traveller with any queries about the converted points.
  • 3. Amendments and Termination
    • 3.1 Anantara Vacation Club makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or availability of the products, services and information provided by Smart Traveller. If you choose to convert your Club Points to Arrture points, Anantara Vacation Club is not liable for any claims resulting from any actions or decisions taken by you or Smart Traveller in regard to your points. Any queries or complaints relating to Smart Traveller should be directed to Smart Traveller.
    • 3.2 The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the programme and/or to suspend or terminate it and/or vary it at any time at their reasonable discretion.
    • 3.3 The decision of the Club on all matters relating to the programme is final, conclusive and binding.
    • 3.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
